Not exactly what I expected

I enjoyed the exquisite food at the bar downstairs! The gym was fantastic. The spa provided a nice escape after a long day.

The staff's unwelcoming attitude detracted significantly from my experience-service felt inconsistent! And the pool was often crowded.

The pool area is good too. Got bright room with particularly good views to downtown and a stable WiFi and coffee facilities.

Breakfast was good, swimming pool and fitness good

Had a fantastic getaway with my friends. We relaxed at the spa and explored local attractions like the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and Vitosha Boulevard. The staff was super helpful, and the location was spot on. Don't skip the wellness center-open until 10 pm. Definitely coming back!

Had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning not being cool enough one night, made for an uncomfortable sleep.

The location was awesome, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a covered market.

very pleasant hotel ,helpfull staff , spa and pool renovated very nice in oriental style, have a lot of advantage for the room price like free parking ,airport shuttle large pool and free executive coffee shop.

Enjoyed my time here, especially the super clean room and the lovely daily tea and coffee service. They have a nice spa and a great indoor pool for some relaxation after a busy day. The only thing was the breakfast choices could have been a bit better, but it didn't ruin the good vibes. 😊

We had a room on 15th floor with nice view of Sofia. There is a really good 25m swimming pool with a gym for free. Free parking in the basement with bad access with laggage.

Poor breakfast, cold staff. Superior rooms means it has a poor wireless connection. Very small rooms just for a bed, small table and two chairs.

The Hotel was quite good, with good service and friendly...I would highly recommend the spa, 2 relax and try the philipne massage and the hamam...really good. For any extra services just ask the doorman !

A bit far away from center on foot. Sometimes it was hard 2 communicate in English even with the reception. They charge an extra 21 euros, for extra guest.

The pool was closed without warning , a letdown since I specifically booked for that. The breakfast is decent, but you'll have to shell out extra for coffee, which seems odd when you're already paying for breakfast. The Wi-Fi lacks security, a bit puzzling in this day and age-not exactly the safest feeling when you're trying to connect. To top it off, the restaurant's food quality was pretty lackluster. A lot of the hot options came out cold, and it appeared that seasoning was in short supply. There were also cleanliness issues in the room. It was like housekeeping was often missing in action, leading to some uncomfortable moments.

the location was particularly good and decent and i could use private parking on-site. superb service, though a few employees were very unfriendly. the rooms were modern and upgraded, had safe for safety.

Nice SPA & swimming pool, frendly personnel, not bad cuisine a la cart, compromise place in city - between bus & train stations and city center

1. They not know about my reservation via Booked.net! 2.Standard Soviet-Style Hotel under turkish control. As result - economy. Poor breakfast, clean, but old room. I has a problem with doorlock, toilet. Sometimes hot water from cold faucet, strange central conditioner. Old CRT (not LCD) TV, partially abcent light bulb. Not fair price for this problems, i think.

the location is ideal for accessing downtown and public transportation options. the shower pressure was weak in the room.

Everything was really good, neat hotel, particularly good and decent location near to the airport. Upgraded, new-fashioned unit with comfy beds, and SUPERBLY FRIENDLY staff.

9Th floor and the view of the mountains and landscape. Central Bus and Railroad station across the street! Downtown in 10-15 min. Walk. Beds were very good. Air conditioning is on by default, at 1 am requested to shut it down, mechanic was sent to my room in 10 mins.

Staff rather slow and not very professional. However that made me slow down and not expect to have everything done in a jiffy.
